What if I'm not ready to start the trial now?

No problem! You should still sign up now to get your invitation - your trial period only starts once you've set everything up and added your first post.

I want to trial SmarterQueue, but don't want any posts to be published just yet

You can pause your Queue (or individual profiles/categories), so that you can try out all the features, and get all your posts lined up. When you're ready to start publishing your posts, simply unpause your Queue.

How long is the free trial?

You get a completely feature-unlimited trial of SmarterQueue's Agency plan for 14 days. Bonus: we'll give you 7 extra days free when the trial ends, to make sure your service isn't interrupted while you enter your payment details. If you still think that won't be enough time for you, send us a message after you signup.

What happens when the trial ends?

We'll give you 7 extra days free, as a grace period to ensure your Posting Plan isn't interrupted while you enter your payment details to upgrade to one of our plans. If you need more time to decide, that's fine - all your posts and settings will be kept safe and sound, ready for you to carry on where you left off.

What platforms do you support?

We currently support Facebook pages/groups, Twitter profiles, LinkedIn profiles/companies, Instagram profiles (via our mobile app), and Pinterest profiles.

How many social profiles can I connect?

We have various plans covering different numbers of profiles. On each plan, you can connect multiple profiles from each platform. (e.g. 2 Twitter profiles, or a Facebook Group + Facebook Page).

What are your plans and pricing?

Do you offer any discounts?
