- Stemettes - mentoring girls, young women and non-binary young people into Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths careers.
- The Forum - mentoring self-identified women entrepreneurs across Canada.
- Teens in AI - mentoring teens to explore tech and AI through hands-on learning, to create a fair world with equal opportunities for all.
Introduction

The term “SmarterQueer” originated during a video call among some of our team members. It is a badge of honor for our LGBTQ+ employees, symbolizing the unique perspectives and contributions they bring to our team. It reflects our playful yet profound dedication to recognizing and celebrating each individual’s identity. It also recognizes all of our LGBTQ+ customers who Work Smarter Not Harder.
The logo not only includes a social media "like" icon, but is especially fitting when worn on a T-shirt, where the rainbow heart lines up with the wearer's heart.

Our Actions & Initiatives
SmarterQueue is a global family, and our fully distributed, remote team spans continents, embracing diverse cultures, perspectives, and identities.
Recognizing the power of locally relevant and personally meaningful support, our queer team members have led the effort to identify and support organizations within their own communities that champion LGBTQ+ rights, provide essential services, and foster acceptance and understanding.
Reflecting our commitment to making a meaningful impact, SmarterQueue has donated time, experience, or profits to these hand-picked organizations. Each donation is a testament to our belief in empowerment, respect, and the importance of supporting causes that resonate personally with our team members. We also give 50% discounts on our subscriptions to LGBTQ non-profit organizations.
